Let me introduce you to "Profile Grinding." This technology is one of the processing methods suitable for precision mold component machining, requiring high accuracy. To achieve extremely fine grinding at the unit level, product drawings are enlarged by approximately several dozen times and then traced out. Next, the object and the product drawing are superimposed, and the outline of the material is processed by manually or mechanically tracing it with a grinding wheel along the shape.
